Exterior cleaning in Belrose

1960s to 1980s brick and tile family homes on large blocks, many rebuilt as substantial rendered homes with pools, plus newer estate housing on the Ralston Avenue side, with bushland reserves threading between the streets. Most of what we clean here dates from 1960s to 1980s with 2010s rebuilds and new estates, on sandstone plateau with bush gullies on both the Garigal and Oxford Falls sides.

We work around Garigal National Park and the Wyatt Avenue trails, Glenrose Village, Belrose Bowling Club and Forest Way ridge, on streets such as Forest Way, Wyatt Avenue, Ralston Avenue, Morgan Road and Carnarvon Drive. The defining exterior problem is gutters and valleys full of gum leaf, moss on shaded driveways and paths, lichen on tiled roofs and pool surrounds, and mould on the south-facing render.

Terrey Hills, Duffys Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Frenchs Forest, Ingleside and the plateaus behind the beaches back onto Garigal and Ku-ring-gai Chase national parks. Salt is minor; leaf litter, shade, bushfire-prone-land obligations and acreage-scale hard surfaces decide the work.

Field note from Belrose. Belrose has a lot of 1970s terracotta-tiled roofs under gums; the tile valleys hold bark that wicks water under the tiles in a storm, and most of our Belrose calls start with a ceiling stain that a gutter and valley clear would have prevented. Nathan G, Founder
