The problem
A block's basement ramp had disappeared under tyre rubber, traffic film and shade algae, making it grey and slick.
What we did
Degreaser on the rubber, then hot water through a surface cleaner and a lance on the edges, with the water recovered rather than sent down the ramp drain.
The result
The aggregate is visible from top to bottom and the ramp has its grip back.
